Order Cancellation Policy

- This applies to all products, including custom outfits and supplements.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.
To be eligible:
- You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to prove the damage for return eligibility.
- Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or used will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom or personalized product
- Sale or clearance items
- Minor manufacturing defects (e.g., loose threads)
- Slight color variations due to lighting or photography
We encourage customers to product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
